Full Job Description Job Summary
Tide Cleaners is currently seeking a part-time and full-time Customer Service Representative at our Valrico location . Must have evenings and weekends available. Morning availability is a plus. Must be friendly, energetic, have excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented and have proficient computer skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car.
• Sort and examine garments, tagging those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment.
• Mark-In incoming customer orders: identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized system.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs and/or questions.
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• Follow Company’s protocol for new customer sign-up.
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance.
• Have a great attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Lifting of up to 20-30 pounds of fabric.
