Position Summary:
BenefitHub is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Performance Marketing Specialist to manage business relationships with BenefitHub’s advertising partners. Responsibilities include maintaining site content, preparing, and reporting on metrics, coordinating advertising materials, data entry into invoicing software, following up on invoices and managing day-to-day requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage relationships with some of the world’s top brands
• Support the advertising sales team in growing a global book of business focusing on meeting and exceeding organizations profitability goals
• Assist in creating custom advertising proposals
• Work closely with other teams overseeing digital marketing plan execution and follow-up
• Organize and collect marketing assets from merchants, preparing advertising proofs, along with gathering and reporting key KPI’s/analytics on marketing performance
• Perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables including proofreading copy and testing URL’s
• Perform a variety of clerical tasks related to invoicing and collections
Qualifications:
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
• BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or another related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or office management
• Extremely well organized with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, production, and business strategy teams
• Exceptional proofreading and editorial skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office primarily Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Power BI, or other similar tracking technologies a plus
