Full Job Description Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) envisions a world where children are safe, families are strong and communities are vibrant .

LSF is looking for a talented Creative Services Coordinator who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.
Purpose & Impact:
The Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for managing creative output - from concept to production - for all Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) programs and for managing all projects for the communications team. Responsible for developing ideas and coordinating with a variety of LSF colleagues to ensure the LSF brand is illuminated and protected. This person will thrive in a high-pressure, constantly changing, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and tight timelines.
Essential Functions:
• Creation of collateral for all LSF programs – includes design, layout and editing.
• Project manage the Communications team priorities using an electronic platform such as Monday.com.
• Manage and maintain LSF and LSF Health System website to keep it updated and refreshed.
• In coordination with the LSF social media vendor, ensure LSF social media platforms, including Facebook, Yammer, Twitter and LinkedIn are driving recruitment and engagement activity.
• Working closely with LSF Central Services Development, HR and Communications teams, manage all internal platforms including but not limited to SharePoint, Remo and UltiPro to keep content updated and refreshed.
• Track and analyze website performance with an emphasis on search engine optimization.
• Work with the LSF Central Services Development and Communications teams to ensure all content creation is shared on multiple internal and external channels using a shared calendar to include assignments, deliverables and deadlines.
• Create compelling videos in partnership with Central Services HR and Communications team to increase employee engagement around strategic vision to be the best place for employees. Outsource all major video production using approved vendor.
• Develop and maintain photo library and video gallery to ensure it is easily assessible and organized to enhance collaboration and brand.
• Develop and implement processes for LSF’s field staff to be able to request marketing and promotional items.
• Handle all administrative duties for the VP of Communications, including conference and field travel, following the finance team’s processes for submitting travel reimbursement, vendor payments and purchasing card reconciliation.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer
Must be able to travel by common carrier and/or personal vehicle as necessary.
Education:
BA\BS degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, web design, or multimedia or related degree required.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience creative services with experience directly interacting with “clients” either internal or external while maintaining a positive attitude. Must possess self-motivation and accountability for every aspect of project management to exceed LSF expectations.
Licensure, Certification and Screening:
Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) requires those hired into this position to provide proof that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including any booster shots, if required) or must become fully vaccinated within the first 30 days of employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with LSF.

Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to compose correspondence, and communicate clearly and effectively with individuals and groups.
• Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, etc.), Google Analytics, content management programs and e-mail.
• Attention to detail and excellent project manager.
• Successful with outlining, managing and performing in multi-tasking environment
• Work creatively with limited resources.
• Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects.
• Team-oriented with positive attitude.
• Ability to build strong relationships with outside partners and possess strong negotiating skills.
• Commitment to social services with an appreciation for faith-based approach.
Other:
Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Protect the LSF brand.
• Deliver on multimedia approach to drive recruitment and engagement internally and externally.
• Update our largest marketing vehicle – LSF’s website.
• Efficient and timely follow up and follow through on deadlines and time sensitive materials.
• Adherence to LSF personnel policies and procedures.
