Full Job Description A thriving Oldsmar company is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assustant to join their team. This employee will assist internal team members and external clients/residents.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
• Ability to start right away
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven experience as an office support specialist
• Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and scanners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
