Consulting and Assessment:
o Experience in carrying out Network assessment of Datacenter, LAN, Security and Wifi
environment.
o Able to understand the network configurations and do analysis of the configurations to
identify the gaps in the network including Routing and Switching configurations, best
practices, high availability, scalability, Security and device hardening parameters.
o Strong knowledge on ITIL process including change management, Service request
process and capability to suggest customer to improve the process of deployment.
o Strong skills in addressing the pain points of the customer, identify the gaps of the
infrastructure against the best practices and industry standards,
o Provide recommendations to address the gaps, recommend changes to stabilize,
improve availability and secure the network infrastructure.
o Ensure customers strategic objectives are met in the alignment of projects, addresses
instability issues in the network infrastructure and guidance to correct any wrong
practices
o Assess customer business and technical requirements and provide technology
comparison among various products available in the market and help choose the right
technology and products to be deployed in the customer environment
