As the Systems Engineer , you will be supporting external clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, O/S, network devices, mobile device ands software.
• Troubleshooting, installing and setting up devices
• Installing and supporting desktop and server Windows environments. OS including command line and client support
• Supporting Office and O365
• Supporting networks and connectivity
• Installing and configuring laptops, iPad and mobile devices
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in CS, IT or related field preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years proven background providing support in a Windows environment
• Experience working with a ticketing system
• Excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to work with external clients.
• Any certifications including A+, Network+, Security+ or other is preferred.
