As a Service Desk Analyst , you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for software, hardware and systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Working with ServiceNow ticketing systems to log tickets and document resolutions.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365 and Edge
Requirements:
• Associates degree or A+ certification preferred
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, supporting end users
• Knowledge of network and access rights
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to close approximately 40-50 tickets per day
