As the IT Desktop Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of required software and hardware for client or colleagues.
Responsibilities
• Prepares, manages, and supports the client workstation experience.
• Performs Tier I and Tier II support.
• Performs troubleshooting on shared equipment
• Reviews specifications for information systems for all client equipment purchases
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing desktops
• Bachelor's degree
• Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP certifications
