SPVR HR COMPLIANCE AND IMMIGRATION Business & Information Technology Hours: Mon-Fri *-5 with flexibility Day Shift - Full Time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: EX E32 - 32.0000 - 40.1500
Position Highlights: Provides supervision for the HR Compliance and Immigration programs, ensuring Moffitt is following applicable policies, rules, laws, and regulations. Ensures that Human Resources maintains updated records for all team members and supervises the programs to ensure ongoing compliance, accuracy in documentation and consistent communication.# Ensures the integrity of Human Resources data by developing and completing regular and sporadic data audits. # The Ideal Candidate: # Demonstrated record of building partnerships and effectively managing and resolving challenges.# Must have broad knowledge on transaction functionality, query writing, and data analysis using Excel, Access, or similar tools. Must have knowledge of federal, state, and agency laws and regulations and must be resourceful to stay abreast of changes or additions to laws and regulations.# # Responsibilities: Supervises the Immigration team and all associated responsibilities and processes. Supervises the HR Compliance function and team members. Leads HR Audit functions Works on special projects, as needed, for HR Management. # Credentials and Qualifications: Bachelor#s Degree required. PHR or SHRM CP or higher required. Minimum 8 years experience in progressive HR roles. Must have broad exposure to various HR programs and specialities, such as Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Total Rewards, etc. # Preferred: Previous experience working with and/or demonstrated knowledge of immigration processes and visa programs.# Previous HR supervisory experience is preferred.#
