Position Summary:
To ensure receivables are collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.
• Reviews invoices prepared by billing department for accuracy.
• Reviews open invoices to identify delinquent accounts.
• Initiates collection calls.
• Researches account discrepancies.
• Communicates collection results/problems with National Account Managers.
• Incumbents may serve as a technical resource to others in the resolution of complex problems, and orient, train, assign and review the work of lower level employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
