Full Job Description Equivalent Experience
Great Opportunity for a college grad with related degree who is looking to gain experience in HR!!
Also a great opportunity for someone with relevant working experience or someone with transferrable administrative and customer service skills!!
This position will train on a 9A-530P shift for a month then move to an 11:30A-8P shift from there on.
This is a 6 month contract that COULD go permanent based on performance and business need but this is not guaranteed.
Description:
As a Shared Services Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for delivering Human Resources administrative support employees, managers, and leadership through efficient, scalable, high quality operational systems and processes. This will entail monitoring and responding to requests received via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service. You will be required to accurately conduct data entry as well as validate system data and resolve problems.
You will accurately document and maintain employment files/records and all processes and workflows. You will also perform and maintain system administration processes and reporting and work with various system owners to troubleshoot errors. Additionally, you will identify process improvement opportunities that lessen processing time, increase customer experience and elevate the level of service provided to the firm.
Other responsibilities will include collaborating with other administrative teams using collaborative platforms, preparing regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports, and executing various HR administrative duties. This will include scheduling New Hire orientation, sending welcome emails, tracking completion of new employee learning plans, bios, bio pictures, and compiling and emailing all arrival, change and departure notifications.

• Experience with HR Operations.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear explanations.
• Responds to inquiries timely, while providing friendly, and professional answer to inquiries.
• Capable of handling difficult situations by demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills necessary to coordinate various operational tasks.
• Demonstrates an appropriate sense of urgency.
Compensation is tied to the Colorado market for jobs
performed in Colorado. Other locations may be subject to variances based on locations-related factors.
