Full Job Description Equivalent Experience
This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity to work with one of the leading health insurance companies in America!
Hours: Training Class Hours:
Will be from 8:00 am -4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
The hours the associates would need to be available are from:
9:30 am EST to 9:00 pm EST
Would be available to work a closing shift and or a weekend shift for the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST Saturday and Sunday.
Job Description:
Manages a high-volume of inbound calls regarding member insurance/accounts.
Provides excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Navigates through multiple computer systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains knowledgeable on company's policies and services.
Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database. Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
Call Center experience is a plus
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 6-months of experience in customer service
Strong work ethic
Proper phone etiquette
Tech savvy
