Hope this message finds you well! I?m representing a growing healthcare payment solutions software company looking to secure two part-time customer service professionals. The companies mission is to enhance the consumer?s quality of life by providing clients with the ability to offer flexible and ethical payment solutions that enable patients to receive and pay for the healthcare products or services they need or want. Type: Contract to Hire (3 months and then converting to a permanent employment)
Pay: $17-$18/HR (DOE)
Onsite Role ? Location is in the heart of Northdale close to desired shopping center with Whole Foods
Schedule:
1 Full Time - 2nd shift, off on Weds and Sunday (1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
Here are the main responsibilities for the role:
?   Answer high-volume inbound calls (100 plus a day) from patients and consumers to provide assistance and answer questions regarding patient financing and payment plans
?   Reviewing financing options available to patients/consumers and complete the financing enrollment process
?   Make outbound calls to patients to resolve declined or late payments
?   Log all inbound and outbound calls
Must meet the following requirements:
?   Previous financial services or insurance experience required (Medical experience is a plus)
?   Previous experience with medical claims submission and insurance follow up is highly preferred
?   Prior experience with transaction processing and recurring payment plans is preferred
?   Prior experience with soft collections highly preferred
?   Microsoft Windows and Office Applications experience is required
?   1-2 years of call-center experience is required
