Postdoc position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Dorina Avram in the Department of Immunology at the Moffit Cancer Center for the following projects: (1) Transcriptional and epigenetic control of T and innate lymphoid cell programs in tumors, autoimmunity and responses to infections. (2) Ubiquitination in the control of inflammation and cancer at musosal sites. Position Highlights:# We utilize genetically engineered mouse models, human samples, complex spectral flow cytometry, molecular biology and biochemistry techniques along with multi-omics approaches, including bulk and sc-RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, histone ChIP-seq and proteomics. Moffitt Cancer Center has state-of-the art facilities, including Flow Cytometry, Gene Targeting, Advanced Microscopy, Next Generation sequencing, Proteomics and Metabolomics, Chemical Biology, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Transgenic Mouse and Small Animal Imaging Cores. The Ideal Candidate:# ### #Knowledge and experience in immunology is a must.# ### #Experience in flow cytometry and molecular biology are necessary.# ### #Mouse handling and husbandry is required.# ### #Ability to interact in a highly multidisciplinary environment is a must.# ### #Bioinformatics knowledge is a plus. ### #At least one first author research publication is a must.
