Synergy is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist that is well versed in Social Media, Web Design, Media Campaigns , etc. This position supports Synergy’s offices, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, and will perform a wide variety of marketing and sales-support tasks, including but not limited to; writing proposals, press releases, email-blasts, fulfilling marketing-material requests updating the Company website, etc.
This is a full time Monday – Friday benefited position, mostly in an office environment, located in the east Tampa/Brandon area. Must be articulate and creative.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to successfully complete Background Check Process (includes drug-screen)
Advanced Computer and Design-software Skills that include Word, Excel, Publisher, and Photoshop
Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
Three years Marketing experience, to include Digital and Print-media, and establishing and maintaining a social media presence
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Computer Science, or a related degree in-progress
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge Requirements
Programs: Publisher; Photoshop; Outlook; Survey Monkey, Podium, Review Response, Video
Social Media Expert – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Google SEO

Create & Design print advertisement in digital and print media for a variety of needs (advertisements, selling sheets, customer door hangers, presentations, brochures, client folders, etc.)
Update and create Web content (coupons, installation portfolios, product/service changes, etc.)
Job Description:
Design and post social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
Design marketing materials and sales tools (door hangers, booklets, presentations, brochures, folders, thank you cards, flyers, etc.)
Advertisement design (Athletic program ads, digital media, social media)
Design customer-facing information sheets (Product warranties, letters, sell sheets, monitoring paperwork etc.)
Design vehicle wraps
Update website content (coupons, installation portfolio, product/service changes, etc.)
Organize and perform on-site photoshoots of completed Outdoor Living projects (published ready)
Develop informative videos (Builder program video, option meeting video, virtual meeting video)
Create fillable forms for multiple departments
Manage Digital Media campaigns
Send Survey Monkey Customer Service Surveys (Options meetings Satisfaction Survey, AV Customer Service Survey)
Check and respond to all platforms review and customer feedback (Glassdoor, Yelp, Google Reviews, Angie's List, BBB)
Order supplies or promo items
Organize and set up for promotional events such as golf tournaments, Lunch and Learn, Builder Association, and other sponsored events
