A reputable MORTGAGE Company is looking for a highly qualified Loan Officer in the area.
Will TRAIN the right candidate if he/she is not licensed.
Ideally, this person should be highly motivated, analytical, a team player, and is seeking an opportunity to grow in their career.
Qualities of a successful candidate include:
- Mortgage background (Complete understanding of current mortgage laws, guidelines, loan programs and trends).
- Sales background.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Outgoing and personable personality
- Stability in previous jobs.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients.
