Accounting/Administrative Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting Administrative Specialist individual assists the Accounting Department in an administrative function.
*All new hires must complete pre-employment background check and drug test**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Process and verify expense reports, receipts, and general ledger account coding.
2. Assist in the filing of business licenses.
3. Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheet support.
4. Document scanning and recordkeeping.
5. Invoice printing and distribution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependable well-organized person with strong administrative and interpersonal skills and can work independently.
EDUCATION:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. A minimum of two (2) years experience in general office practices.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
2. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in processing & analyzing expense reports.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and multitask.
4. Organize and prioritize workloads.
5. A team player.
