Full Job Description The Goal of this position is to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere at all sites, foster connection with Zips Car Wash guests through world class customer service.
Primary Duties:
Customer Satisfaction:
• Receive all guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a positive experience
• Ensure the best value for their money, and a complete and thorough wash for every guest
• Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and ensure everyone leaves happy
Production of the Wash:
• Load every vehicle efficiently, with clear hand signals and a smile
• Review Entrance/End sign instructions with every guest
• Conduct safety checks of every vehicle prior to tunnel entry
• Oversee all Point of Sale transactions, monetary and otherwise
• Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash emptied
Enrollment & Support of UWC Members:
• Offer every guest the opportunity to become a part of the Zips Unlimited Wash Club
• Clearly illustrate the value of UWC Membership to prospective members
• Be knowledgeable of all features in the UWC program and current promotions

Physical Demands:

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
