Job Description:
The Tampa, Florida office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, has an opportunity for an exceptional associate to join its bankruptcy practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of bankruptcy (including bankruptcy litigation) experience.  The position requires the ability to manage complex case assignments, strong communication and writing skills, the ability to manage and communicate with clients on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and research skills and be exceptionally organized.    Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Florida is also required.  Shumaker offers:
