Role : RSA Archer eGRC
Location : Multiple
Job Duties 1. Handle day-to-day implementation, monitoring and operational and administrative support of software and applications.
2. Analyze the requirement of client and design the solution using BWise/Archer.
3. Prepare High level and low level design of selution proposed.
4. Develop and enhance the application and report end user requests
5. Track and report enhancement requests from end users.
6. Handle service tickets with in expected SLA
Skills and Experience 1. Five or more years of experience in development, maintenance & support, and testing of RSA Archer and BWise eGRC applications.
2. Must have SQL knowledge and be familiar with SQL Server administration.
3. Reporting Experience with Business intelligence technologies such as Business Objects.
4. Experience with release management (scheduling of software builds through different stages and environments).
5. Experience with change management (testing and deploying software releases) including migrations from one environment to another.
6. Experience with user management (roles and privileges).
