As an Executive Recruiter, it is your responsibility to place top business professionals across the country for our amazing clients. This position comes with an incredibly competitive base salary and strong commission & bonus package. Average first year Recruiters earn around $80,000 while exceptional Recruiters earn upwards to $120,000+
Executive Recruiter Responsibilities
• Work with Account Managers to understand the executive needs of our clients
• Source and Screen for multiple Qualified Candidates for each exclusively assigned positions
• Assist candidates through interview process by providing additional information and follow up
• Input Candidates into internal tracking and database system
• Meet or exceed monthly goal expectations for revenue and candidate submittals
