Full Job Description Position Summary:
This Help Desk Tier 3 focusing on networking is responsible for fully supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting our internal network. This candidate will establish and maintain network performance, assist with ISP installation/termination, M&A network cutovers, and support all help desk escalations that apply to networking operations. Expertise is required with Meraki firewalls, switches, routers, access points, and all other facets of network infrastructure.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Fully support, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade our corporate network (75+ offices)
• Refine and enforce network policies and procedures
• Evaluate network security improvements and work with the Network Administrators for implementation.
• Test network changes to minimize user impact and ensure system compatibility
• Create technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams that can be used in T1/T2
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Ensure uptime, reliability, and redundancy at all branch offices
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
• 5+ years network administration experience in an enterprise environment including hands on experience with access points, firewalls, routers, and switches
• Extensive experiencing with Cisco Meraki in a multi-office environment
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure
• Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
• Hands-on and remote technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to make decisions with the best interest of the firm and end-users in mind
• Demonstrate the firm’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture
• CCNA/CCPA preferred

Fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
