Market Intelligence Coordinator
Who You Are + What You'll Do
Using your overt curiosity and objective analysis of external market data, competitor analysis, customer insights, and internal reporting, you'll contribute to an ever-expanding repository of decision-grade resources and reference materials that we collect and utilize to support our clients.
Your Day to Day
• Provide organizational, operational, and tactical support consumer and market intelligence gathering, interpretation, and reporting as part of the Consumer & Market Insights team.
• Evolve and maintain the centralize materials and requests intake and tracking process
• Triage of team and client support requests and coordinate proper resources.
• Evolve and maintain central repository/content library to ensure ease of self-service use across enterprise
• Organize, tag and store all business and appropriate client materials, presentations, best practices, reference examples and data points for scalable use across the enterprise.
• Help prepare for, support, and follow-up on meetings with project SMEs and stakeholders.
• Serve as Project Manager on large scale team and department projects.
• Maintain and assist in prioritization of editorial calendars and project schedules; coordinate needs with key stakeholders to ensure efficiencies and reduce redundancies
• Work across departments and business units to promote the mission and progress of CMI initiatives, completed reports and reference materials and other curated materials available for self-service use.
• Liaise with internal/ external stakeholders and department managers as appropriate when performing project activities.
• Assist with strategic marketing, product, and sales initiatives by gathering relevant market and competitor information and succinctly presenting relevant insights to internal stakeholder.
• Own and manage smaller projects, as assigned.
• Produce reports, spreadsheets, and other visual data and project information presentations.
• Update necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy.
• Provides additional administrative support as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience That You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:
• Minimum of 1-3+ years' experience in competitive intelligence or marketing analytics
• Efficient project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to present ideas, conclusions, and recommendations with clarity to diverse audiences
• Understanding of data-driven marketing and loyalty practices; thorough understanding of marketing KPIs
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and awareness of social media strategies
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment centered on open communication and collaboration
• Strong computer skills, advanced experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Virtual Collaboration Tools and Salesforce a plus
Education:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Marketing Research or related field preferred
