Full-Time Job Details Description Herzing University’s Tampa campus is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support to our faculty and staff.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and demonstrating the Herzing values represented by our P.R.I.C.E. Model of Success (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Caring, and Engagement).  Hours Afternoon and evening hours required Approximate start and ends times between 10:00am-8:00pm (8 hour days)   Position Summary This position will support the Academics team by performing a wide variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Assisting in preparing materials for instructors and students, class rosters, scheduling, tracking Certificates of Completion, and updating student files. Assisting with updating the contact management system and social media accounts. Assisting with invoicing and reporting. Maintaining office supplies inventory. Tasks associated with clinical assignments, such as scheduling and monitoring individual student requirements.   REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
