Our inbound customer service representatives will display much of the following skill set:
• Call center experience (preferred, not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication, and customer service skills
• A desire to help others
• Positive and self motivated personality
• Proven job stability
• Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigational skills
• Type a minimum of 50 wpm
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred, not mandatory)
Full Time Work Schedule is Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
Please note, new hire training is conducted in office prior to being conditioned to work remotely from your dedicated home workspace.
