Full Job Description Position Summary
The IT Onboarding Specialist is responsible for provisioning accounts & security access as well as delivering required hardware for newly hired colleagues. The specialist will lead as acting process owner for colleague onboarding for IT to monitor and improve the process and ensure exceptional execution and delivery of service. The specialist will also lead BRP’s IT Orienteerings at onboarding to provide basic IT training for new colleagues.
Responsibilities
• Provision accounts and security access for onboarding new BRP colleagues.
• Ensure timely delivery of all requested hardware to recipients
• Craft detailed communications to applicable stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of service
• Monitor recently onboarded colleagues for any issues after onboarding to ensure their success
• Lead IT Orienteerings for onboarding colleague’s start day to provide basic IT training for new colleagues.
Education, Skills, and Experience
• Associate's degree in Information Technology Preferred
• Excellent display of communication and time management skills
• 2+ years experience in account provisioning and security administration
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 Administration
• Ability to think critically under high pressure
• Demonstrates organizations core values and culture
• Industry certifications a plus
