Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Support Associate for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities :
• Ensuring that assigned day to day activities for the processing of trading legal agreements are completed in a timely manner with a primary focus on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes document review, data entry, exception reporting along with document scanning and document warehousing for various legal documents, including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) Agreements (Master Repurchase Agreement (MRA), Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA), Master Securities Loan Agreement (MSLA), Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreement (MSFTA) and Futures Agreements.
Required Skills :
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Eye for detail and be able to process data quickly without errors.
• Strong analytical skills. Be able to isolate root cause by looking at available data.
• People management in a Global environment.
• Ability to manage control practices demonstrating a risk-based approach.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to interact with Legal and Credit teams.
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
