Full Job Description The Requity Group, a Tampa based real estate private equity company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to the Managing Principal of the company. The assistant will benefit from the growth opportunity in both salary and responsibilities within this rapidly growing firm. Candidate with previous executive assistant experience is preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates should possess the following attributes
-Willingness to learn and capacity to take on multiple responsibilities
-Experience in real estate industry is ideal
-Attention to detail-High-level of organizational skills-Strong computer related skills
-Extremely dependable
-Ability to work and problem-solve independently
Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
-Email correspondence with clients
-Creation of digital and print marketing materials
-Research
-Managing project timelines
-Organizing and maintaining electronic documents / files
-Directly assisting in the growth and success of marketing strategies
Work environment: Candidate will work directly with Managing Principal out of the company’s Tampa office and/or Candidate may work from home in hybrid office/home office approach.
Salary and Bonuses: Annual Salary plus bonuses will range from $40,000 up to $65,000+ – depending on bonuses earned. Significant growth in Salary and responsibilities are possible. Typical pay offered would be $40k-50k salary plus $0 - $20k bonuses annually; however, this may vary.

We started a little over 1 year ago and are currently approaching 1000 units and 20+ employees. Principal of the company has direct experience sponsoring ~$100M in real estate.
