Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tampa, FL that is currently seeking a Software Engineer. Responsibilities of this the role:
• Software Engineer will develop code, take part in Scrum meetings, and create technical documentation
• Should be an independent worker with minimal help needed to support their assigned task
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
• Software Engineer will create, configure, and monitor batch jobs
• Create and manage integrations to external systems via data file transfers and APIs
• Write complex custom scripts to aid in automated administration of applications
• As a Software Engineer, you will set up and manage users and user groups
• Monitor & manage system performance and load
• Proactively identify and solve system issues
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology or Computer Engineering preferred
• System Administration
• Batch Job creation, configuration, and monitoring
• People & Project Management
• Software Skills Required: SQL, .NET, C++, EDI, Control-M, PL SQL Oracle, Java
• Technical Skills: Development experience in C#, Java, Angular Oracle, SQL Server; Should be a full stack developer; It will be a plus to have knowledge of Golang
• Ability to write technical documents
• Scrum meeting
• Good communication skills
