IT Specialist
- Based in Tampa, FL with occasional travel to support office locations in Plant City and Groveland, FL with some days working from remote/home office.
Responsibilities:
- Tier 1/2 helpdesk support
- User creation / deletion / basic maintenance
- Maintain and manage Computer Use Policy records
- Order product from vendors if necessary
- Manage and maintain any additional equipment at the office locations
Assist with user workstation setups and configuration (computer, monitors, phone, etc.)
- Document and maintain basic user procedures
- Assist other Infrastructure teammates with projects
Travel regionally to office locations in
Plant City and Groveland, FL.
- They would have a home base in Tampa, FL office but travel to other locations would be as needed.
- Other duties as necessary
Work Hours
- Standard work hours consist of an 8 hour workday
- Must be available to work on rare occasion on weekends
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Documentation writing
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience
- Basic Microsoft Windows client use
- Basic Microsoft Office use

- Must have a 'thick skin', i.e. be able to deal with aggressive or rude customers
- Must be able to remain calm in an IT environment crisis
