Shipping & Receiving Clerk
The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors the receipt, shipping and storage of Auto Club Group stock and miscellaneous items.  Responsible for all Touring materials, AAAchievers gifts/awards, branch claim checks, etc.   Receives and initials the ordering and shipment of high security items (i.e. Cellular Phones, Achievers Awards, etc.).   Reviews all orders and materials received.  Functions as a liaison with users in order to resolve problems.  Communicates with Procurement regarding the shipment/receipt of non-catalog items.
Operates computer terminal and/or accesses data base for inquiry/access to on-line inventory ordering system and/or to obtain pertinent information and resolve problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Warehouse experience and forklift operation experience preferred.
Work Environment:
Works in a temperature semi-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to extreme temperatures and high levels of dust.

• Maintaining inventory records and compile reports
• Performing accurate mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Lifting and/or transporting up to 75 pounds of stock
• Successfully completing drug screening
