Our client is a market leader in the healthcare industry and they wish to hire a Deal Desk Analyst that will be responsible for supporting the Sales team with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and custom pricing exhibits. This role is responsible for ensuring sales approval policy and processes are followed in the creation of quotes and custom pricing. This is a 100% fully remote role. Essential duties will include: -
• Support Sales and Account Management users Configure Price Quote (CPQ) configurations and custom pricing.
• Work with Sales users to understand opportunity objectives and help translate those objectives into the CPQ and the custom pricing exhibit.
• Provide support for pricing approval process to ensure compliance with all established pricing guidelines for new and existing customers.
• Ensure custom pricing exhibits requests are created using the appropriate process.
• Able to proactively identify downstream impact.
• Translate financial models to CPQ quote and custom pricing exhibit.
• Become a SME on custom quoting and understand, retain, and apply approval and product pricing requirements.
• Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed to support sales and account management team.
• Work on CPQ enhancements.
Job Requirements: -
• Bachelors’ Degree
• 3+ years sales operations, CPQ support, and/or proposal support
• Experience working in Salesforce
• Experience working in APTTUS Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
• Strong Excel skills
