The Challenge :

We’re looking for a systems administrator to support the e-Campus learning management system (LMS) and video management systems currently provided by Blackboard Learn and Kaltura. The LMS Administrator will ensure the accessibility, operation, and integrity of the e-Campus and integrated environments by providing SME level expertise for our customer.
As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll provide oversight actions for the client's University e-Campus environment; this includes the Blackboard Production, Staging, and Test environment. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. This is an opportunity to gain experience in professional military education. You Have:
• 4 years of experience with instructional technology
• 4 years of experience providing first-level learning management system technical support
• Experience with Blackboard Learn and Kaltura software
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain the Blackboard Learn Administration Essentials Certificate within one year of hire
Nice If You Have:
• Experience with supporting military professional education in a military environment
• Knowledge of government contracting
