Job Title: Information Security Analyst I
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree, combined with a minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience in information security and/or risk management.
• Bilingual in Portuguese preferred, but not required
• Problem solving skills including providing alternative options/approaches through the use of cost-benefit comparisons, identifying potential impacts of problems, and identifying and solving problems through team collaboration
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Experience working on a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Working technical knowledge of company supported hardware, software, and operating systems including configuration and connectivity.
• Good written and verbal communication, team, and people skills. Must be able share information and communicate clearly with team members and internal customers.
• Customer service skills.
• Continually keep up to date with the latest security trends, threats, emerging technologies, etc.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Interacting with Gerdau associates, customers, vendors and suppliers to meet service levels.
• Participating as needed in Critical Incident and Post Implementation reviews.
• Recording, communicating,  and resolving technical and non-technical issues.
• Research, resolve, and respond to requests received via the Service Desk and other channels.
• Work closely with the MSSP team and IT areas to ensure the implementation of IAM and protection measures
• Reviewing and approving knowledgebase solutions created by other Analysts.
• Risk Action Planning: Help recommend risk avoidance and reduction measures Provide first level compliance monitoring and assistance with investigations.
• Risk Controlling & Tracking: Participate in systems compliance audit projects to ensure that procedures are effective for the critical business processes.
• Risk Controlling & Tracking: Help provide technical support to customers on security/controls requirements for new technology solutions.
• Review and update documentation for Security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines;
