Job Summary:
Coordinates learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, and wellness. Designs a staff development program to enhance the skills of employees, relevant to their position. Prepares, monitors, evaluates, and documents training activities of employees and the company. Facilitates trainings such a Safe Crisis Management, First Aid/CPR, and new employee orientation. Responsible for conducting learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching. May provide back-up for HR team members, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field.
+ One (1) year experience in staff development or Human Resources preferred
Location ID – Kentucky. Cigar Factory Complex
Relocation is not provided and travel is occasionally required
