Job Summary:
Under the general direction and supervision of the Senior Director of Residential
Job Summary:
Under the general direction and supervision of the Senior Director of Residential Services, the Assistant Residential Director:
+ Assists with the daily operations of the residential program in his/her respective location, including administrative tasks, general office functions, and working as a Residential Providers during times of critical staff shortages.
+ Requires weekly visits of all residences for which the position is assigned.
+ Responsible for reporting house repairs to FIX.
+ Delivers scripts and medications to the homes
+ Audits the home books to keep them up to date.
+ Attends all meetings pertaining to clients and staff meeting
+ Trains the Residential staff.
+ Requires on call rotation, every third week
Mi nimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; BA/BS preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
