DIGITAL WORKSPACE SYS ADMINISTRATOR Business & Information Technology Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Day Shift - Full Time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: EX E34 - 35.2500 - 44.3000
Position Highlights The Systems Administrator is responsible for the support and daily operations of Moffitt#s Digital Workspace environment.# The Systems Administrator will help drive workforce transformation across the organization by utilizing digital workspace solutions including modern management of end points to provide a consistent application experience across all computing platforms. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have seven#(7) years proficiency in a technical support role and Healthcare or hospital IT experience in a 24x7 environment. Responsibilities 1. #Responsible for unified endpoint management, application delivery, vulnerability management and remediation, and day to day health of virtual desktop environment. 2. #Responsible for ongoing management of endpoints including vulnerability patching, third party patching, OS and driver updates, application upgrades. 3. #Work in conjunction with Senior Systems Administrators, Technology Engineering and IT application teams on project initiatives requiring integration within Workforce Technology Services. 4. #Establish strong relationships with Customer Experience teams for direct feedback from end user support and collaboration to provide tier III support and ongoing training. 5. #Clearly and effectively communicate with customers via email, phone, instant message, and in person. 6.# Document all customer contact in the appropriate ticket. 7.# Regularly visit with internal IT teams and end users for feedback on solutions provided and supported by the Digital Workspace team. 8.# Review potential improvements and work with appropriate teams to vet, test and implement. Credentials and Experience Associate#s Degree required; field of study: Computer Science / Information Systems or a related major *****in lieu of an Associate#s Degree, a High School Diploma with an additional three (3) years of relevant technology experience plus the seven (7) years (for a total of 10 years) experience Minimum of seven (7) years proficiency in a technical support role with at least one major area of focus or experience in application delivery, application administration and support, virtualization, vulnerability management, or unified endpoint management. Preferred: ## -#Healthcare or hospital IT experience in a 24x7 environment. - Working experience with MSI technology, application packaging/deployment processes and methodologies - Experience with one or more:# Office 365, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VMware Horizon, AirWatch, SCCM, GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, Imprivata, PrinterLogic, Sophos, Ubuntu/other LInux distributions, AI/ML platforms or similar technologies.
