The Senior Specialist, IT Quality Management, Controls & Audit Support is responsible for the lifecycle of IT Audit Support function. The IT Audit Support team is a part of the IT Quality Management organization that serves as a single point of contact for requests for IT information and support needed for global regulatory agency inspections, external and internal audits. The team supports requests related to IT processes, applications, infrastructure, and services. Specific responsibilities for this role:
1. Manage the IT Audit Calendar
2. Ensure timely responses to requests
3. Gather requested documentation and coordinate subject matter experts across IT to provide the appropriate information Gather Audit Reports and enter Observations and Remediations into BMS Governance Risk and Compliance system.
4. Oversight over timely completion of remediations
5. Provides metrics and reporting, as requested
6. Performs review of evidence to ensure proper closure of remediations
In addition, this position will also support the GRC process owner as the GRC lead. Responsibilities for this role include:
1. Maintains process documentation which includes procedural documents and training
2. Supports technology maintenance including business requirements, testing activities and user access
3. Supports users managing non-audit related remediations
4. Identifies continuous improvement activities
Skills & Requirements:
• B.S. or equivalent in computer science, engineering, life science or related fieldpreferred
• 3+ years' experience to include IT Quality, Service Management, and/or relevant experiences
• Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of these areas: Risk Management (CRISC, CISA), ITIL, health authority regulations, and/or financial regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to provide customer-centric support
• Knowledge of IT Deliverables and IT Risks and Controls
• Demonstrate leadership capability with ability to make and act on decisions while balancing speed, quality and risk
• Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write superior documentation and deliver clear and articulate presentations
The position may be located in either Princeton, NJ or Tampa, FL.
