We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator with strong communication and leadership skills to help us implement, operate, and maintain CDK Construction. The ERP Business Administrator will be responsible for providing management, administration, and support of mission-critical business systems. This role is part of a team that operates as the primary application support for our internal users and encompasses a diverse departmental technology stack. Responsibilities
• ERP Administration (CDK Construction experience preferred)
• ERP data conversion and implementation
• New user system setup (ERP) and training
• Administration of integration between various systems (ERP, CRM, Kardex, etc.)
• Managing/resolving user support calls/tickets
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of reporting portal
• Create and update automated reports on business requirements
• Participating in the planning, designing, documenting, implementing, testing and support of business systems/applications
Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as an IT System Administrator working with an ERP system (preferably CDK Construction)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency using BI application tools and report writers.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• The ability work independently and within a cross-functional team environment
• Experience translating business requirements into meaningful reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels
• Proven time-management skills and attention to details
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
