System Administrator performs the following functions:
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned applications
• Managing security patching of 200+ servers
• Active Directory and Group Policy changes
• Build new servers, both Physical and Virtual
• Contribute to active knowledgebase for documentation
• Learn, recommend, and implement new technologies to benefit MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members
• Effectively manage timelines for assigned projects
System Administrator qualifications include:
• A 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience working with and managing a VMware environment
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and/or other scripting languages
• Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of OnBase by Hyland a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independent with minimal supervision
