**Description** The Senior Portfolio Management Professional collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Senior Portfolio Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. **Responsibilities** Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) aligns with and delivers on our IT Strategy by driving agility and delivering greater business value through timely technology adoption with a focus on ability to stay current and assess status within the lifecycle of vendor supplied third party technology, including Cloud providers. This role will support technology lifecycle management by providing transparency into technology related data and roadmaps, as well as ongoing monitoring and reporting on technology lifecycle initiatives. Additional focus will be on cloud migration and adherence, timelines, and decommissioning data center assets involved in lifecycle initiatives both forecasted and inflight. Key responsibilities include: + Analyze cloud migration data center impact and clear define decommissioning impacts + Ensure Cloud migrations are accounted for in TLM processes including the decommission of on-prem assets + Monitor lifecycle initiatives progress for cloud migration applications + Execute TLM remediations in alignment with cloud adoption strategy + Ensure cloud deployment assets are adequately tracked, budgeted, and included in reporting + Monitor initiatives and proactively intercept to ensure necessary teams are making actionable progress towards meeting the Technology end-of-life (EoL) date + Monitor and guide impacted teams to ensure understanding and adherence to TLM processes and procedures + Provide consistent guidance to impacted IT Owners + Facilitate alignment among multiple teams to ensure necessary progress is being made with TLM execution efforts + Route lifecycle issues appropriately to connect areas when collaboration is necessary. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 3 years of related experience + Motivated self-starter + Skillful in developing reports that can define clear measures + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Motivated self-starter + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** + Report writing experience using a variety of tools (Ex: Excel, PowerBI, Qlikview, etc.) + Skillful in PowerPoint and developing presentations Reporting Relationships: Director, Portfolio Management, IT SCS - Cloud Automation Engineering **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 <>
