The ideal candidate will have a minimim of 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing field. The ideal candidate will have shown steady progression and growth in the career path, along with an MBA (required). This position will require weekly travel as this role will oversee various locations in Florida. The essential duties of this role are to- -lead, coach and guide team to meet and/or exceed operational goals - develop leadership team and hourly employees - maintain/track compliance - customer communication - oversee quality and processes -create and implemet processes and procedures -various other duties
