Full Job Description 1st- were an independent family owned pharmacy that has been in business since 1985. We are looking for another staff pharmacist to help us provide ancillary services to our patients.
This position is flexible, it can be full time or part time, depending on the pharmacist's and pharmacy's needs. I need a pharmacist who is good at communicating to my patients, is accurate and thorough when checking prescriptions, is fantastic at communicating with other providers, and is skilled in clinical services as well.
We are currently looking for a pharmacist who is able to help administer vaccines, help with rapid covid testing, is able to call patients for MTM/CMR/health coaching. We need help with compounding non-sterile prescriptions. A pharmacist who is trained in functional medicine is ideal. We are looking to administer Regeneron injections. We work with an integrative and functional family practice next to our facility, so we would like someone who is capable of learning how to assist in annual well visits, remote patient monitoring, as well as clinical services like point of care tests that can be billed to medical insurance. I need a pharmacist that can be on the counter and checking prescriptions, as well as transitioning to calling patients who are on our sync program to perform MTM/CMRs and build relationships.
Our owner is a Functional Pharmacist and Naturopath who sees patients for wellness visits, and we do compounding for hormones as well as low dose naltrexone and typical non-sterile compounds.
You will be joining our team and 2 other pharmacists, and providing double coverage so that we are able to complete these activities to help with patient care.
