Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Moderate to heavy physical effort; may be exposed to the elements (heat, cold, rain, snow); work in area with high voltage electricity, hazardous equipment and moving parts; work on second floors and other high places; ability to set up and climb ladders safely with tools and equipment necessary for assigned work; must be able to lift 80 pounds; must be able to walk, stand and stoop for an extended period of time (over 80% of the time); exposure to a variety of chemicals and dust daily.

Job Essential Duties:
• Diagnosis’s construction equipment repair needs and performs designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines as directed.
• Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Performs preventive maintenance and general equipment upkeep.
• Uses diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments in all machine systems. Occasional operation of machine in the determination of repair need or repair assessment may occur.
• Complies with all OSHA and Erb Equipment Safety and Health rules.
• Participates in training programs and pursues certification levels in equipment repair.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalency required; trade/vocational school education strongly preferred.
• Three+ years’ experience in Heavy Industrial Equipment/Agricultural Equipment repair required.
• Proficiency with computers and diagnostic systems preferred.
