Subrogation Support – Demand
As a senior centralized support representative , you’ll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim – making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information.
Must-have qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent with one or more years of relevant work experience
• Work or educational experience must include:
• Customer service or sales
• Fast paced and changing environment
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills
Preferred skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high volume that comes with working in a multifaceted administrative environment
• Strong customer service, telephone and follow-up skills
Schedule: We offer a flexible start time from 7am - 10am, working an eight-hour day, Mon-Fri.
Location: Riverview, FL - Once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted employees, may be required to enter into the Riverview, FL office.
Compensation
• $37,400/annually
• Gainshare bonus up to 16 % of your eligible earnings based on company performance
