Overview
The Opportunity:
As a Client Support Associate, you will uncover your ideal career roadmap while building a blueprint of the firm! As an essential part of the Client Development group, you will directly support our sales team (Client Development Vice Presidents). You will gain valuable skills in sales support, analytics, market knowledge and operations. You will report directly to your team leader who will aid in your training development and career trajectory.
As a Support Associate, you will be the focal support line to our Client Development Vice Presidents, who are producing new business to Fisher Investments through additions, referrals, and new clients. You will handle requests, oversee reporting, and organize portfolio data to assist our sales team. To achieve success in your first year, you will show clear strength at your attention-to-detail and customer service!
The Day-to-Day:
• You'll oversee the completion of various request submitted by the sales team such as: coordinating calls, submitting financial planning reviews, scheduling annuity calls and prepping documents.
• You'll work closely with over 10+ departments at the firm to complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• You'll be responsible for administrative requests: submitting elevations, travel submissions, organizing mail packets and account documents.
• You'll maintain portfolio spreadsheets using excel to help with organization and tracking.
• You'll field requests from a shared team inbox and phone line, being the primary internal contact for our sales team.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
• Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline
• You retain a focus on your customers, and have received positive feedback from sales and service members in the past
