Resident Service Specialist Job Opportunity:
PrevMED is seeking a full time Resident Service Specialist to join our growing team! The Resident Service Specialist position will work with the sales and data teams and will be responsible for increasing enrollments to the PrevMED Dental Program. This individual will prioritize facility visits as a means of presenting and promoting the PrevMED Program to residents, responsible parties, social service directors, and business office managers within our client facilities to increase participation/enrollments and maintain positive relationships. Exceptional phone and email communication with our clients are expected in addition to onsite responsiveness to their needs. Client service is priority to drive enrollment!
Resident Service Specialist Job Qualifications:
• MUST have previous nursing home experience
• MUST have previous ancillary healthcare services experience (audiology, dental, optometry, podiatry, etc.)
• Ideal candidate will be a licensed insurance agent
• Previous dental insurance experience is a BIG plus
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
• MUST be willing to travel up to a 4 hour drive
We are seeking candidates that are professional, have a strong work ethic, and are excellent at communication and follow through. An ideal candidate is also personable, is a self-starter, detail-oriented, EXCEPTIONALLY organized, computer savvy, and proficient in Microsoft. Ability to multitask, having excellent phone and email etiquette, and being self-directed ARE ALL A MUST!
Resident Service Specialist Job Benefits:
This position is full time and is a remote position based out of the Miami, FL area OR the Tampa, FL area and requires daily travel. Approximate schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, but can vary depending on travel times each day. Base salary is $60,000 plus bonuses. All travel expenses are paid, including a company car.
