Description:
ROLE - Treasury Coordinator - Must be local to Tampa area and go onsite if needed/requested!
Perform a variety of administrative/clerical duties of either a general or a specialized nature through research, analysis, and coordination.
Organize and provide support for meeting preparation including agenda preparation and distribution, meeting minutes and updating project tracker.
Prepare bank accounts documentation, including the opening and closing of accounts and proper maintenance of bank account signers.
Assemble and coordinate the signing and other requirements of bank documentation packages. Receive, sort, and distribute mail; process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist with user administration of various bank portals.
Assist in documentation and updating of departmental policies and procedures.
Assist with VP and Managing Director scheduling needs and other adhoc projects.
Requirements/skills needed
Fluency in Spanish, French or Portuguese preferred
Ability to prioritize work load, handle special projects and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent written, handwriting and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt as processes evolve
Team player and the ability to work independently
