Job Description
Job Summary
As the Global Microsoft Channel Program Lead reporting to the MBG Global GTM Lead, you will own strategy, execution, and management of our sell-with Microsoft programs including managing the MBG's Microsoft Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program. You will handle the coordination of launching global solutions and offerings, in multiple regions, while building and executing a comprehensive "Go-To-Market" plan to accelerate adoption of these solutions and services through the alliance partner in the region.
The success of this role is based on building, nurturing, leveraging, and connecting relationships across Cognizant's and Microsoft's Executive Leaders, Product Leaders, and Sales Teams. You will be responsible for setting and achieving revenue growth targets in the region by driving the overall market adoption of Cognizant's MBG solutions, offerings and Microsoft Cloud capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the execution of the global partnership plan with Microsoft in the local regions of Cognizant's Microsoft Business Group, including definition and agreement of successful outcomes against Cognizant's revenue targets and the Microsoft scorecard in region.
* Establish a regular cadence with partners for pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews to manage progress against the Regional Partnership Plan.
* Will run the Alliance Center of Excellence to ensure that regions are acting in a consistent manner across the globe with regards to the sell-with Microsoft programs.
* Lead the MBG brand and Associated Partnership's impact across Microsoft's Executive and Field Teams.
* Ensure the Microsoft's Field Sales Organization is enabled to drive new revenue opportunities for Cognizant's MBG.
* Ensure that MBG offerings are pulled through by differentiated Microsoft Marketplace and Partner Center offerings
* Define strategic accounts and joint account planning targets, to support business development.
* In coordination with Area and Regional Marketing team members, source and manage MDF strategically and appropriately to drive pipeline.
* Will serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft's Solutions and Technology by developing a deep understanding of partner's strategies, technology, offerings, GTM model, and incentive programs, leverage programs for incremental margin and funding opportunities for Cognizant.
* Communicate the strategy, joint offer value propositions and GTM strategy to Microsoft and Internal Sellers.
* Drive the development of sales enablement materials & tools in conjunction with cross-functional teams that marketing, sales and offer management with our practices.
