Organizational Development (OD) Analysts are responsible for the execution and/or administration of assigned tasks and projects which support our talent processes and programs, as directed by their manager. OD Analysts support business-aligned client group(s) and Center of Excellence (COE) project work across the OD Team. Some examples of processes or programs which OD Analysts efforts support are technical training classes, leadership development programs, performance management processes, and employee engagement surveys.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate, manage and execute day-to-day tasks of processes, programs, and initiatives
• Plan and support/execute logistics to ensure successful workshops, events, and meetings (whether virtual or in-person)
• Create communications and collateral for processes, training, meetings or events through selected channels (e.g. email, job aids, webpages, or in-person materials)
• Administer learning management system (LMS) and/or HRIS including activities such as testing, building courses and/ or job aides, creating invites, maintaining up-to-date data, and reporting
• Support and/or execute actions to facilitate vendor engagements (budget tracking, vendor payment, risk assessments, systems administration and testing)
• Develop and sustain positive and productive relationships within DTCC and with external partners
• Complete assigned project(s) and/ or task(s) on time, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency
• Prioritize and switch tasks as directed to effectively address items of the highest importance first; escalating issues in a timely manner
• Develop learning solutions, talent, and leadership development best practice knowledge by engaging with the broader team
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Talents Needed for Success
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
